Over a third of all the food waste generated globally is wasted. All of this waste, which equates to around 900 million tonnes, ends up in landfills around the world and accounts for around 10% of all man-made greenhouse emissions.

Zest Recycle has successfully secured the recycling and waste management contract for national pub chain Blackrose Pubs, in a partnership that will see Zest Recycle managing the waste resources across the brand's chain of over forty pubs across the UK.
