Tony is the founder and CEO of the Windsor Integrated Services Group, of which Zest Recycle is part of. Tony’s vision and commercial drive is supported by 35 years’ waste management experience which he has used to develop the group into the forward thinking, customer-focused and successful operation it is today.
With over 13 years of experience in the waste industry, Tony has brought with him a wealth of knowledge regarding sustainable strategies as well as client relationship management. Since joining Zest Recycle in 2020 as Managing Director, Tony has helped steer the company through these unprecedented times and spearheaded a new brand direction to better reflect what we do. Tony has also been awarded the prestigious 35-under-35 award status for two years running which recognises young rising stars who are striving for professional excellence in the recycling and waste management industry.
With over 15 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader in the environmental sector, Roland was a clear fit for the position as Sales Director at Zest Recycle, bringing passion, energy and a huge amount of industry knowledge and expertise to the table. Since Roland joined Zest Recycle, he has developed a number of new strategies relating to both the corporate and SME markets which will support the delivery of profitable growth for the business.
Head of Operations
Peter started out as a relationship manager here at Zest Recycle, joining the company from the print and paper trade. Now as Head of Operations, Peter continues to utilise his invaluable skill set, nurturing our customer service team to enable and empower them to deliver professional support to our clients, as well as managing our supply chain partnerships. These two areas of the business are intrinsically linked and critical in delivering our unique sustainable proposition for our clients.
Group Financial Controller
Kari is an FCCA-qualified accountant and has over 18 years of financial and commercial experience spanning a number of different sectors. Kari has been a huge asset to the department, implementing a number of system and process improvements that better utilise automation to manage and control the finances of the business.
