We utilise local contractors from local communities. While we aim to always support SMEs and local commerce, they must meet strict compliance criteria to ensure our clients are guaranteed the best service with access to the latest technology and equipment.

Local Employment

We support local employment through the use of SMEs, as well as through our own recruitment process, with 95% of our staff being from local areas in Essex and London.

Supporting Mental Health

We actively promote mental wellbeing in the workplace through a number of means, including: campaigns, awareness days, training sessions and workshops.

Ethical Procurement

All of our supply chain partners are required to meet the standards of Zest Recycle and align with our commitment to social value. This includes signing up to ethical trading standards, modern slavery and committing to real living wage amounts.

Supporting Charity

Giving back is important to us. Whether it’s organising company-wide charity events, supporting customer charity initiatives, or encouraging staff to volunteer in the community, we always try to support charity work where possible.
