Here at Zest Recycle, we love to get stuck in helping our local community. That’s why, on the 24th of November 2022, we attended Brentwood Environmental Business Alliance’s Tree Planting event at Warley Country Park, where we happily volunteered to help plant trees as part of their effort to reduce air pollution in Brentwood.
As well as planting trees to assist with carbon reduction, we were treated to other woodcraft-related activities, such as;
- Viewing a tree chipping and planing demonstration
- Learning more about diseased ash tree harvesting
- Talks on the benefits of woodland establishment
- Bushcraft demonstrations
Being a company that is dedicated to helping conserve our environment, we felt it was important for us to be involved with this event. We are always happy to help the local community, and we believe that the more people get involved, the better off we will all be.
