Why are you changing names and Identity?

Our new name, logo, and fresh brand design, allows us to better reflect our position in the marketplace and our unique approach to managing our clients recycling and waste management requirements.

Why have you chosen Zest Recycle?

The word Zest reflects our fresh approach to dealing with our clients’ resource management challenges. We take the norm and turn it on its head, providing our clients with a fresh perspective on long-standing recycling and waste management problems. The dots icon in our new logo represents our partnership approach and the long-lasting and sustainable connections we make with our clients’ and partners.

Has the business changed ownership?

No. There has been no change to the ownership of the business, we have simply changed names and rebranded, you will still be dealing with the same professional team of people.

Have your contact details changed?

Our email and website domain has changed to zestrecycle.co.uk which means the wcrsltd.co.uk part of the email addresses you use, needs to be changed to zestrecycle.co.uk. But don’t worry as email addresses will be diverted for a while so we will not miss anything.

Our telephone number for customer enquiries remains the same: 0844 846 2000.

Our main customer enquiries email address becomes: enquiries@zestrecycle.co.uk

We would kindly ask you to update your records and ensure that zestrecycle.co.uk is whitelisted on your server to ensure that emails do not go into your junk mail.

Have any payment details changed?

The name of our bank account will change but the bank account number remains the same, as does our company registration number and VAT registration number.
